Who we are

This website (wbanking.live) is operated by Ipride Solutions and Services ("Ipride", "we", "us"), Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what we collect from visitors to this marketing site and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name and the bank / organisation you represent
• Phone number and email address
• What you're enquiring about, and any message you write
• Technical metadata — the page you submitted from and campaign source, if any

We do not use cookies for tracking or run any analytics on this site at present.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, follow up about WBanking, and — if you become a customer — to onboard your bank. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period of inactivity.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to us at contact@i-pride.in and we will act on it within a reasonable time.

This is separate from the WBanking product

This policy covers only this marketing website. Data handled inside the WBanking platform on behalf of a bank — member banking data, WhatsApp conversations, KYC documents — is governed by that bank's own privacy notice and our data processing agreement with them, not this page.
